About Us

We provide solutions to Australia’s ageing population.

 

When we started out in 2014, we realised that while there were many health professionals in the aged care sector, not many of them knew how it worked!

 

How does funding get allocated? Where does it come from?  How is it accessed?

 

Since then it has became our goal to be the one stop shop for physiotherapy in the aged care community.  From understanding funding, equipment, care planning, falls prevention, taxi subsidy schemes, and more!  You name it and we can help!

 

Of course we provide great standard physiotherapy consultations too!

What we do

Our Services

Standard Mobile Physiotherapy

$80.00 Per Consultation (Initial and Follow Up)


Vary from 30 minutes to an hour per consult (no extra charge).


Includes travel within allocated service districts (see next section).


We provide treatments under all major private health insurers, department of veteran affairs, medicare and most major home care package providers.

Equipment Assessment and Supply

Mobility and function assessments with equipment recommendations to help improve care, quality of life and independence.


We can also help accessing funding options such as the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) and DVA Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP)

.

We generally source new equipment at lower than retail cost and have a wide variety of second hand equipment for further reduced prices or loans.

Funding and Education

We specialise in the aged care sector? What does that mean! Well, we can provide valuable information on available services and programs to meet your needs.


We can also help access speciality government programs such as the taxi subsidy scheme, GP Team Care Arrangements and Chronic Disease Management Plans.

Care Planning and Assessments

Falls are taken seriously in the aged care community for a reason! Just over one in five people who fall and have a hip fracture pass away within 12 months.


Our therapists are trained to perform thorough falls risk assessments and help provide solutions to minimise the risk of falling.


They can also provide a care plan to help nursing staff, carers and family members better care for their loved ones.
